Long Time!!!

Wow, I can't believe it's been so long since I last posted anything. Things have been crazy arouns here. Toby has been studying a lot for his next step of the boards and since the last time I posted anything, Caden got 4 teeth and started walking, and Cody is potty training, whew...lots happening, here are some photo's of us, we've been to the beach, and a local fair and just been hanging out at home.

Family Vacation

My (Jenni's) Parents, and Brother and family got to have a Hawaiian vacation for a week!! We all rented a house on the North Shore and had some great family time together celebrating my parents' 40th wedding anniversary. It was AWESOME!! These pictures are from the day we went to Shark's Cove and everyone got to snorkel. Carrie snorkeled for the first time and the cousins (Cody and Sydney) had a blast playing with each other!!

Our first trip to the pool with both boys went really good. I know Caden looks like he's not having fun...once we took him out of the floaty and let him splash around he was having a blast. He's going to be swimming soon!!

Almost Free Jewelry

I was reading in a magazine about things you can get for free and I came across this website that offers free sterling silver jewelry. There is always a catch....you have to pay 5.99 for shipping. But that is still really cheap for silver jewelry!I have been addicted to this website because about ever 12 minutes new jewelry comes up. The article says that they are doing it to promote their product and that it is quality jewelry, I haven't ordered anything yet but I'll let you know.

Sometimes the only thing that keeps me from stopping, is knowing that if I stop it will take me twice as long to get home. Good thing I'm an impatient person!!

Ready to Walk!

My sweet, sweet second son is getting ready to walk at 7 months!! He just learned to pull himself up to a stand, this is a picture of the first time he did it, look at the joy on his face. It's been about a week since he started pulling himself to a stand and he is already cruising along, well, everything. I guess it's because he has to keep up with his older brother!

He Likes Broccoli??

For the past 6 months or so Cody has become a very picky eater. He used to love veggies including his favorite, green beans, but in the past months has not wanted to touch anything green. Just last week I put broccoli on his plate and thought he would push it away like he does with so many other foods.... he loved it!! He eats the tree part and leaves the stump. He actually asked me for more the other night, I pretend like it's no big deal but inside I'm jumping up and down :) I don't know if his taste buds are changing or if it is all the Veggie Tales we have been watching lately!

Caden is 6 1/2 months already!!

It's hard to believe that Caden is on his way to being a year old already. He has learned so much in the past couple of weeks, he's crawling and going from stomach to a sitting position and vice versa and trying to pull himself up. He is a very energetic little guy and loves to be where all the action is. We have started time outs with him, if he gets in trouble he has to do push ups...haha just kidding, isn't that a funny picture?!

An Update...

It's been a long time since I've posted anything...We took a short trip to California for a wedding and I've been busy with preparing for it and then recovering from it as I (jenni) traveled by myself with the kids...It actually went fine, the flight home was a little stressful but we all survived and it was worth it to visit with friends and family. Cody had such a great time with his Nana and Grandpa... they have a huge backyard and he loved playing the the dirt and looking for lizards.
